Fun game. A good 4-5 hours of entertainment.
A good "choose your own adventure" type of game.

Fun series, low point
I love the Adventure series. I think it works really well, especially with the companion app. The games are always well done, interesting and generally improving over time.My complaints with this are primarily with the app- The new narrator doesn't have the right voice for this setting. It breaks immersion. Also, there are several typos in the app and audio files that are mapped to the wrong entry. The one -off mechanics for the series (such as batteries in this game), always feel a little bit tacked on, and the dark grimy artwork, while consistent with film noir, is a bit tired at this point in the series. The series overall is great, and this would be a good jumping-in point, but if I'm going to keep coming back, there will need to be an effort to go beyond another bland bleak setting and into something new.

Just... no
I think I've left all of the other Adventure Games five stars, but this one dropped the ball. It was insensitive to people with mental health issues, and used christianity as a game villain too. The bible verses being used to "heal" the mentally ill was upsetting, and the game used mental diagnoses to describe scary/bad personality traits. Not to mention, the app had more glitches than it usually does. The wrong texts would sometimes read and it was rather confusing. Overall, this one was a no from me.

I love this series!
First off, this series of adventures games are great, I have them all and will definitely keep buying them. The value for you money is fantastic and the stories and fun factor are top notch. My only criticism is that they had a British voice actor in the previous games and they changed him to a more generic sounding guy, and that made me a little sad. Other than that the story is fun and art is great the gameplay is awesome, they always seem to change it up a bit every time. Highly recommend, and if your not sure what these games actually are then take a look at reviews on their previous installments.

Just like a giant game of Cluedo!
This is the second game of this series I have purchased and LOVE THEM! They are very time consuming so ensure you have the time (and space) to do them but are so worth it! Great game, really enjoyable if you’re a board game fan.

Cool instalment to this line
This is good for a quick evening gaming session since we could always “save” the game using the bags provided and come back at another time. We’ve gotten all the titles in this line!

Creepy horror in abandoned asylum with lots of fiddly looking up
Not really much of a puzzle. The first few items were very obvious where to use them. We don't like horror and found the creepy mental asylum setting unpleasant, the puzzles trivial and the fiddly legwork exhausting (lots of looking things up in a dense booklet while trying to not read the adjacent entries). We abandoned it after half an hour. It's a pity as we are huge fans of the EXIT games and have bought every one of those. This is not that.

Absolutely fantastic
My girlfriend and I have an absolute blast playing these adventure games! They are so well thought through and a fantastic alternative to watching netflix or playing video games. We'd recommend this and the others in the series to anybody.
