3m is the best quality i used for all adhesive tapes , both sides are very strong and dose not leave a mark when removed

Failed to hold.
Out of 50 light weight plastic tiles mounted with this adhesive tape, more than 30 fell down and needed to be replaced. Did not have this problem with other mounting adhesive tapes with the same tiles.Completely unsatisfied and a waste of money and double the required effort to get the job done.

Adhesive and heavy duty
This has come super handy in fixing things on wall. Usually I have to add multiple layers to make things stick but this is holding wall decors in place without much effort. I guess taking it off might be an issue. So far it's working like wonders.
