4 ft. Fitted Polyester Tablecloth Black

I have a 4' table that extends a little taller than normal ... will this table cover fit the tall setting?

Is the "sheen" on this cloth the same as the 6' one? i have two of the 6' - and love them, but want to be sure the 4' one will "match" pretty closely?

Does anyone know why this has Velcro going down one corner?

Does the 4 foot cloth for 11.68 fit the table when extended
