I didn’t like my flight case was dented up and lifted in areas 🥺 need a new one

The media could not be loaded.  I used once, we use the app that you MUST spend $80 a monthTook us few hours to assemble, on the top op that the quality really bad, we used once and second times the strip form lights fall apart, on the top of that amazon charge us re stocking and waste of time trying to get that part.I got extremally stress out trying to get the part and fixing and I don't want anybody to go through that. SAVE TIME A MONEY

Purchase this for my phot business. It was easy to set up and work. The flight case was a little scratched but I chalked that up to the delivery guys. So far I have done 5 events without any issues.

The media could not be loaded.  After having this for less than a year, my gears stopped gripping where it latches to the pole on the bottom for the ring light/ pole to go around. I’m talking about the hard ware. I need a new base. Over 2 grand and I’m pist. Warranty?!?I’ve reached out multiple times with no luck? Am I screwed?! I need a new machine.FYI- if you’re looking to purchase, Buy a Photobooth from the states!

I bought my photo booth brand new and received someone’s used JUNK

I bought this for my business and it has been working great for me. I didn't have any issues with it and was able to get two events done. I have a few more events coming up. It will hold up to 3 people. It is pretty heavy but comes with a case that has tires on them so you can easily roll it.

Sent it to my friends and they think it’s me. It’s not and I don’t have this product but wish I did!
