These shoes broke within 8-10 wears (wearing just 5-10 hours per wear)....I was walking the streets of Manhattan when the thong strap came out of the sole and the shoe went flying.Thank goodness I wasn’t running or going down the steps, or I would’ve been severely injured.Worse yet is what happened after these nearly-new shoes burst into flames at 10 pm: I had to walk the streets of Manhattan BAREFOOT for the whole three hours that I was out.Broken glass, cigarette butts (see pics) used condoms, dog urine, human feces — thanks to this company, I got to rub my bare foot in those delicious substances and more on my barefoot walk around town.I’ll let you know when my STD test comes back, but until then, keep away from these shoes

So I love my Tkees. I love them so much I wore them out and they had to be replaced. I bought a new pair via Amazon and noticed the logo was different on my new pair. I was concerned that they were fake and read the reviews posted here. Seems like other buyers had the same concerns.I can't verify one way or another, but I did check the Tkees website and noticed that the logo has changed since I bought my original pair. So perhaps these are real after all. The quality seems to be the same and I am happy with my purchase.Hope this helps

I wanted the perfect nude color, I ended up trying 4 colors- biscuit looked best in the photo- very weird color in real life. I then tried sunkissed, seashell and cocobutter. Sunkissed was a little orangey, seashell was my normal skin tone and cocobutter was my tanned skin tone. I went with cocobutter. I think tkees website shows the colors more accurately. Good luck!

Adore these! They’re perfect! They are the perfect “nude” shoe to hide my big feet. I can’t wait to wear them to the pool.Also, those that commented on the shoe not being authentic...they have changed the logo and no longer add “foundations” printed on the shoe. Check the website and you can see that it’s legit.

I bought these in my usual size 6 with a little bit of trepidation. I've been looking for nude flip flops that were elegant enough to wear beyond the beach; these seemed to fit the bill. They are a perfect nude color for my skin tone (I bought cocoa butter and my skin is medium to light and warm), a nice quality leather, and quite comfortable. My feet are somewhat wide and I was worried about these being wide enough to accommodate my feet--they are; barely! I wish these came in a wide width and then they would be perfect! I will absolutely still wear them and they are fine width wise, and seem comfortable. I am pleased!

this is my second pair in this color. i love that you can select a shade based on your own personal nude shade. they are a great light summertime flip flop. the leather is soft and doesn't rub. very forgiving if your feet get puffy in humid weather. it's practically invisible on your foot, goes with everything. only downside - they are not terribly durable. the toe area gets bumped and scuffed, and the inside sole where your heel and toes rub do show wear rather quickly. but, if you were to do a thicker sole to avoid these wear issues, you'd have a clunkier shoe. so, it's a trade-off.

I ordered the nude beach foundations flip flop. I received not only the wrong color (I got a lighter seashell color) and I got it in the patent! The flip flops I got also looked old (the TKEES logo was obviously worn). Very disappointed. I feel as if this seller were trying to scam me by passing off a previously returned item and hoping I wouldn't notice it was the wrong one! As for the item itself, the sizing was about a half size too small. I usually wear a 7, and the 7 did fit although I would have preferred a slightly looser fit. The padding at the foot bed was comfortable, but I'm not sure if I would say it felt like a 50$ shoe. It's really hard for me to judge the comfort level because I received the patent which was very stiff and uncomfortable. I was really anticipating these shoes, and I feel disappointed!
