Purchased for my Corsair Virtuoso XT. The comfort level is really good and its infused with cooling gel. Fitting is good with fabric on the exterior. I wish they had more color options.

Non biased, non gassed and a real reviewsOk so, the hype around these isnt real. Most people wear them first time and instantly leave reviews without actually testing them.Firstly the cooling feature lasts around 5 mins, once your head is up to temperature it's not longer cool less swampy but you'll need to remove it every 10-20 mins to let your ears breathe.The noise cancellation features work to an extent but are completely noise cancellation so you'll hear pc fans and any other TV noise.The chunky design adds alot more weight to an already heavy headset buy it with that in mind. I had to buy an upgraded middle headrest for more comfort as the headset started to dig into my head even more so which was purely down to the weight.Id personally not spend more than £15-£20 for both non cool and cooled versions.However they are easy to put on I mean it's not rocket science twist clockwise when opening and anti when closing its back to front.Overall not a difference at all slight added softness but not really a game changer that you need to rush out and buy

I've found that these cups, whilst they do provide that initial hit of cooling when you first put them on, tend to stay warm for longer, in the instances you're putting them on and off. They are also really absorbent, so tend to smell very quickly, especially during hotter periods where the user tends to sweat more (I've had to wash mine within the first three months of use).Overall they are a bit of a gimmick in my opinion, they do function as replacement cups, but the cooling aspect is very short lived.

The earpads are easy to fit on, as if I was using the regular stock earpads: as expected.The temperature regulation was actually surprising, in my opinion it stays cool (WC FreeZe) even during prolonged use.Its material feels high quality, but the actual part of the pad touching your face can feel a little scratchy, so I don't recommend the product if you have particularly sensitive skin (I think the non-cooling tech version has the soft leather around the entire pad and will be 'more comfortable'), especially when considering the price. For which I say, if you have the money for it, buy it and you won't be disappointed.Something else I found apart from the slightly higher bass + small increase in overall sound quality was the fact that it reduces the amount of leaking sound, and not just a little.Good product, really happy with it. Would buy again.

If you have a noisy neighbours/environment problem like me and use your headphones to try and block some of it out, maybe give these ones a miss. They're very comfortable and feel better than the stock pads but I'm most likely returning these ones just because of how much more noise they allow through. This of course also effects the clarity and depth of the sound of the headphones, which makes them sound fairly worse off than with the stock pads.

My Headset is over a year old now and I changed to wireless because someone or something would always break the cable.. I was annoyed to Find Corsair offer no first party replacement earpads but these are way better than the originals and sweating seems to be no longer an issue. Easy to Install, just twist the old ones off and pop the news ones on!
