Q: What material are they made of do they stain easily?

The tag says "Shell 1: 60% Polyester, 40% cotton Shell2: 100% polyester". Not sure what that means but it's a mix of both. As far as staining, I guess it depends on what gets on them. Mine wash and clean fine with no abnormal stains.

Q: Are these class E pants

I dont knoe the class but i do know they meet osha standards, but they are only good for about 20 washes.. then they fade. Hope this helped

Q: Does Cat work pants have Cancer causing agents

Everyone is is going to get some kind of cancer these days, so if they do have some kind of cancer causing agent, I'm sure these pants aren't going to the major cause of contributing to it. Cat work pants, from my experience of owning, (about a dozen pairs,) have three types of fabrics that are used. The hi vis fabric is different in comparison to the other work pants. The high visibility fabric doesn't seem to hold up as good as the others, especially in the stitching of the belt loops. So besides the hi vis, they have all been very durable and have lasted myself for a very long time. Wash inside out, make sure to empty out all the pockets, especially the pairs that have about 20 pockets at least. Those are my personal favorites. (Love to carry lots of stuff, but that's just me.)
