I was a little concerned to buy this because of the reviews stating it would not fit. It did not fit the way I wanted, and I wonder if that is why some reviews are great and some awful. I purchased this to put on the top platen of my 16x20 DK20S. It does NOT fit the top. The top has a bulky plastic housing. I was a little bummed, but it was cheap, so not a huge deal. I decided to try it on the bottom platen, and it fits like a glove. So, maybe the issue is where we are wanting to put the cover? Only buy it, if you want it for the bottom platen. I measured, and it is 16x20. They sewed a stretchy material to it, which is what I am going to do for the top of mine. Simple, but it fits. I hope this helps you decide if this cover is for you.

I was a little concerned about purchasing because the pictures posted made it look cheap and flimsy. I have a Geo Knight DK 20 (16x20 clam shell) and it fit the top platen perfectly. It’s snug but it’s PERFECT!

Very disappointed. I so wanted to like this, but it just wouldn't fit. Neither me not my husband could get it on. The only way it would fit was to cut it on both ends, so that's what we did and taped it with heat-resistant tape, and we're just hoping it won't rip. We tried every way possible to get it on my 16x20 platen, and it just wouldn't go. It needs to be about an inch longer on each side. Good idea though.
