None of the adapters worked for me, but I got one from my garden, plus another from the store. Once I got the adapter situation fixed, this was a game changer for me. 2 Standard poodles and a broken wrist! As soon as I turned it on I knew my groom days were brighter.

The product is flimsy, cheap plastic. Trigger does nothing, the attachments aren’t any better. Water leaking all over the place. Zero instructions of using the the attachments. I had high hopes but do not recommend.

I purchased this so I can wash my dog outside since it’s the summertime when you attach this to the hose and you aren’t pulling the trigger for the water or the soap when you come back to it it’s stuck and you have to cut the water off and completely it from the hose for you to get it to unstuck and it happens every time. I will be returning this.

The actual product seems fine. It's the lack of instructions regarding the hose attachments that I found irritating. Included in the package were several attachments and converters - NONE of which fit my common, 3/4th inch, male hose end. Or maybe I misses something and one of the attachments DO fit my hose. I don't know because no instructions came with the product. I gave up and finally ordered a somple "quick-connect-to-waterhose" instead of figuring out the mess of different pieces and connections that came in the package.Seems like such a simple thing to fix. Include instructions OR simple quick connect to hose attachment.

4 stars because I had to go buy an adapter to make it fit my indoor bathtub handheld shower hose and the description said it would fit. The adapters that came with it are for garden hose-type fittings and plastic junk. I threw them in the trash.I like the different spray patterns and the pressure is awesome. So much dirt came out of my GoldenDoodle puppy's fur. If you are using it inside plan on getting an adapter.

I live in an apartment, so I am limited in water sources. It works great and made it much easier to bath my 50lb goldendoodle evenly in the tub with the soap reservoir. More important, it is compatible with the Sun Joe 24V WA24C-LTE iON+ Cordless Go-Anywhere Portable Sink/Shower Spray Washer Kit, 2.5 and/or 5 Gal. The hook-ups are the same for an easy water source.

I was very disappointed with this product. It doesn’t have any attachments that fit a regular hose. We purchased another house and the existing attachment kept popping off from the water pressure. I didn’t bother returning it because we tried to use plumbers glue to force it to stay on the hose and that didn’t work either. Money lost. Also, there wasn’t any instructions in the package nor a telephone number we could call with questions. Not sure why it was so complicated.

Easy to see why this and products like it get so many poor reviews. This is lightweight, thin, flimsy plastic. Easy to see why so many people report that the jar breaks the first time it is dropped. Try wrangling a hose (not included) and a wet dog while trying to avoid dropping this thing!The pros: It's light-weight. It works, sort of.The cons: It'll break first time it's dropped. The size made it tough to maneuver around my dog in the tub. No matter how much or little soap you put in the jar, it's gone in 2 minutes. No way to adjust the flow rate when in soap mode.These are also sold for washing a car, but would break easily if dropped on the driveway. Harbor Freight sells a very similar device (advertised for car washing) that has a rubber-covered aluminum body. It is larger and would work best on a car, or if you wash your dog outside where you have more room to maneuver. Built much more solidly.

No instructions and 3 days later, we’re STILL trying to come up with a way to make it connect to an actual hose. 6 different ends and none work. What a joke.

Fantastic gadget

I had only used this hose 3 times the 3rd time the bottle blew off during my dog grooming process I like the shower attachment but defeats the time saving purpose if I can't apply shampoo whilst washing dogs would like a replacement bottle but don't know who to contact
