Bigger and More Sheer Than Expected
We love a sarong for beach days, and this looked like a good match for my daughter’s white puff-sleeve swimsuit. It’s very cute and a good length for her petite stature, but it’s more sheer than we would like. It’s not pantyhose sheer, but it’s significantly less opaque than it looks in the pictures. She has enough room at a size 00 to wrap it more than once, so it’s still practical for her to wear. The amount of fabric is generous and the stitching is snug and even. There were a handful of threads that needed to be clipped and I expect that this will snag the first time she wears it out, so even though this is cute and we like it we don’t really recommend it for anything more than chaise-lounging by the pool.
