Do a YouTube video on how to use it. Spiral bound instead of glue back. Spiral makes it easier to work with and keep track of investments through notes.

My wife hot this book for me and I have used it for over 2 months. Here is my feedback:In this day and age, the smart phone app gives quick access to an account holder to all data related to their trades ( profit/ loss, wash sales… etc already calculated). Maintaining the same on paper especially on high volume daily trade activities this paper method is not efficient.If any, I would like to see each page serve as a snap shot data sheet of an equity with some limited transactions to book..Date, buy/sell, price, 52 weeks high- low, P/E ratio, ex- dividend date, earnings release dates current price, notes.Thus I am using the book “as is” only with limited benefits.

It works for me and matches with my trading style.I write down the reason in the trading log when I buy stock such as P/E at day 1, technical signal (RSI, MACD), amount to invest, my target price, etc. When I think I gonna sell it, then I take a look of what I thought at day 1. I found that I am less emotional of the news and more focus on true stock's value, revisit the factors that really impact fundamental of the company. With this trading journal, it's easier for me to stick with my investment plan.

This trading journal is clear and organized. This Journal is ideal for traders, investors and anyone who wants to keep track of their investment.

Solid journal for tracking data and if you're like me and prefer to look back with all the details and not necessarily have it done via an app, this is solid. I did like the space to put the fundamental & technical info.
