With someone who has issues with Gluten and travels for sports this stuff is an absolute life saver. It doesn’t make me cramp ever and always works really well!

I take a medication that makes me constipated. I started these and they work like a charm! So much better than OTC laxatives. They are very gentle on the stomach and dont cause any diarrhea like some OTC laxatives can.

You will poop! And have plenty energy.

I have thyroid issues so things tend to move slow for me. The pills are not too big and have no taste, but you can smell a light hint of something - maybe some ginger? It smells natural and inoffensive. Most importantly they help get things moving gently, never any cramps.
