Expensive
I guess you get what you pay for, but these seem to be a little much.

Jockey Pouch is Worth a Try
Writing a review for underwear is difficult. Different body sizes and shapes plus individual likes and dislikes makes a review kind of useless. However, I can tell you what I like about them. The fabric is comfortable. I am average size, 6 feet & 170 lbs with a 34 inch waist. Even though the size chart says my measurement size for this underwear is a medium, I disagree. Large is perfect for me. Not loose and not too tight. I have been wearing this style for a long time. I find the pouch style to be comfortable and supportive. The horizontal fly is perfect. I find a vertical opening to be cumbersome and next to useless after using the horizontal opening. So to sum it up, this style is definitely worth a try.Update: I have read from other reviewers stating the quality of this underwear is going down. I just noticed a hole in one pair of the briefs after 3 washings in a front loading washing machine. Front loaders are easy on clothes. I was surprised to find this and it could be that this pair is defective. The hole is at a seam. At this short time of wear there should be no deterioration of the fabric however unless as stated it was defective from the start.

Best underwear I've ever owned. I just wish they were a little cheaper.
It's very hard for me to justify spending so much money on a pair of briefs, but these things are absolutely brilliant in fit, and design. I'd love to use these exclusively, but the price makes that a bit of a stretch. Price is my only complaint, honestly, they've blown me away with how comfortable they are to wear. Of course I can see why they'd be more expensive, I just want more of them.Oh, and I can't even begin to describe how much easier these make your life when you're wearing a layered clothing, and/or coveralls in cold weather.

What Is The Problem With Jockey Waistbands?
First the good: I really like the pouch and horizontal fly on Jockey's. It gives good support and ventilation without constriction. The fabric and sewing quality are excellent and long lasting. Now the not so good: What is wrong with the waist bands? I have worn Jockey's for decades with no problem. But on this, and my previous purchase of a microfiber style, the waist band starts to roll over onto itself after a few washings. Quite uncomfortable.

A very comfortable cotton brief.
Very comfortable for cotton briefs. I like the horizontal fly and the larger pouch. In the past i have favored a standard style (open legs) brief, but I am beginning to enjoy the Boxer Brief style as these. I also purchased the Jockey Microfiber Performance Boxer Brief and find it very comfortable when temperature is warming up and more wicking is needed. The Microfiber Performance with a slightly larger pouch, as these, might be an attractive product when cotton is not desired.

Great full coverage fit
Great full coverage fit that's very comfortable. 4 stars instead of 5 because they need to improve waistband quality. Other than that these are one the few brands that offer full rise and full coverage so they're your best bet.

Good Product, But Could Be Better
Good product, though a bit expensive and I had hoped the quality would have been similar to other boxer briefs I've bought from Jockey in the past. One of my pairs had a hole in them (where the crotch meets inner thigh) after about 5 months, BUT I'm an avid rock climber so maybe that's not entirely surprising. Otherwise, the band still holds up well. Previous ones I've owned will generally wear out and start tearing at the waist after about a year.
