Great knife for the money!
Rough rider knives have a great version of the sod buster!! It works just as hard as my Case sod buster, and it is a lock back with liner lock. Best value and wants to work too

Where’s the quality control, RR?
The liner lock did not lock the blade, there is a huge amount of blade play and white patches ruin the black appearance of the bone sides. I have the red bone work knife and am very happy with it as it has none of these problems.

Decent knife at a great price
This is a good , large sodbuster at a great price . Be warned - this is a big knife . Blade came nice and sharp with just a bit of wobble that was tightened with a few hammer taps and hasn't loosened since . The blade lock is super tight and locks with the loudest ' snap ' I've ever encountered in a linerlock . closing the blade is somewhat soft , however , possibly due to the pressure of the lock on the base of blade while closing . Backspring is flush open and closed and over all the finish is good with a few high and snaggy pins . I believe most will be satisfied with this knife at this price .

Comparable to a Buck 110 in size. The blade is sharp and the scales are very nice. It's a great inexpensive

Knife contry sent me another coal miner , and i never return anything, they made good and im happyan, good knife
Coal miner, great knife the red jigged opened and closed much smoother,but tight is better than loose the handle is not as black as i thought , depends on the lighting this is the 13 knife from RR gitty up P.S wet sand china off and polish i dont want to see it ? Thats just me!!!
