Is this white or red primer?

TUFF Coat's CP-10 Primer is a creamy white color when mixed that dries clear. Only TUFF Coat's metal primer, MP-10, comes in either white or red primer.

How soon do you need to apply the top coat after the primer is put on?

From the manufacturer: CP-10 Primer Curing Time: Topcoat ready in 6 hours minimum at 72°F (22°C) at 50% Relative Humidity; 48 hours maximum at 72°F (22°C) at 50% Relative Humidity. The best practice for the TUFF Coat Primer application is to let it dry overnight (minimum of 6 hours). The CP-10 Primer is water-based and dries by evaporation. Weather conditions are important to take into consideration especially in humid locations. After the CP-10 Primer dries it can get wet before you apply TUFF Coat, but the surface has to be dry when you apply the TUFF Coat.
