This is my second trimmer I thought I messed up the first one I bought before, but that's not the case... It feels like these are disposable trimmers they work only once. I used this trimmer yesterday first time on one of my cat, today I'm trying to use it on my other cat nd it's not working since the 10day replacement window is over now I'm having hard time to get in touch with customer care... Same thing had happened to first one... Please don't waste your money

It's pretty great but I've only used this product once. please be careful when you use this product, your pet could get very badly hurt. the trimmer without the adjustment is prone to hurt your pet's skin. My dog was badly knotted after we left him at the daycare for a couple days and it wasn't easy to brush him. So we bought a trimmer to cut it off and since the adjustments weren't going through the fur, we used it without the adjustment and he's got bruised in quite a few places. please be careful while using it. Battery life lasted about 40 minutes before it went off, perfect for a small dog. Nothing was missing from the box it arrived it.

I was a little sceptical about this product but i am amazed by how good this is!! I have a golden retriever who always made a fuss when i tried to trim his pawpads with scissors. But this product has been god-sent! The vibration is so delicate that you can easily put your fingers on blade when it is on and it won’t even cause discomfort, forget about hurting you! It does not pull on the skin. Yet it is incredibly effective in trimming hair. I did have to go over a tiny matted area between his toes 2-3 times to get it out but for all other tufts of hair, one go and it cleaned it right out.

Product is good . But I received open box . I think treamer was used . My dog got infected .

Very useful for my cats, durable blades and long lasting battery.
