There are some complaints about this pizza stone breaking.If it is broken in shipping then there is nothing that the company did to make that happen.I am sure you will be sent a replacement.This stone is about the same thickness as the Pampered Chef stones that I have.It does seem a little lighter...maybe more porous.Anyway...if you are trying ro use this in your Vision grill without the lava stone in place you are goimg to crack your pizza stone. I don't care what kind of pizza stone you have...try to use it without the lava stone and it will break.The lava stone is a temperature buffer that evens out and buffers the direct heat from the coals.Just trying to explain what probably went wrong for the other reviewers of this product.Used properly this stone, along with all of the Vision products, should return years of great service!

ordered this and the first one arrived with the pizza stone in pieces. It was promptly replaced. It arrived intact Made one pizza on the grill. Stone was on the grill from start up to cold. Picked up the stone to clean and it was split down the middle. Very disappointed. The rest of the kit is very nice.

The product is pretty solid. The cutter and peel are great. I also really like the included screen. This really helped turn out some great pizzas with a crispy crust but not burned. I would cook them for four-five minutes on the stone at roughly five hundred degrees and the set them on the screen for another five minutes or so. Perfect crust every time. Unfortunately the pizza stone cracked on the third use. I have used this exclusively in my vision grill and have been very careful with it. I took one pizza off the stone and come back out with another only to find the stone broken and unusable. For this reason I am giving the product one star. I think this is too much money for such a short lifespan. I also have no option to contact the seller.

Each item was made very well from quality materials. One suggestion would be to include a pizza dough recipe.

Great set. My Husband loves it.

I liked the fact, that it came as a set. Did not like the fact that it was damaged, when it arrived.Had to return it for something else.

We followed the directions exactly as instructed and the stone cracked the first time we used it.

Followed instructions for use - stone cracked on 3rd use.Rest of kit is nice
