I can not recommend this product enough its absolutely fantastic does its job perfectly my dad had swollen leg an ankle, it took the swelling down and was easy to use. Amazing product. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These are a great size and versatile to use hot or cold. They don't stay warm overly long but stay cold longer. But they are effective for pain relief and quite soft so moldable for your body. Only negative would be the size and length of the straps you get with them they aren't wide enough or long enough.

the pad is probably a bit bigger than i needed, but since it a has three panel design, I am able to fold it over and use it like that. It is firm and sterdy, without being hard and uncomforable. I am using cold, with the air temperature and it is cool enough to suit my needs, I have not yet tried it in the fridge or freezer. As others have said, the strap isn't very long. I haven't needed that but please bear that in mind if you're planning to wrap it around. I am getting on well with it, so I recommend it.

It's a good size and a bonus it can be folded to make it smaller. Nice and soft. I was surprised at how cold it is. It's far too cold if it's pain in the freezer. It's just about right if it hasn't been in the freezer.
