I did not see a two-pack offered.

Can someone tell me how to fluff the inner pillow? Mine came so tightly compressed in a plastic bag, do I open that and put into pillow cover??

Yes open the plastic bag. You can then insert in cover and fluff. I did as much as I could and then let it sit over night and it was perfect
