Q: How many lumens ? Very bright sounds kinda dumb.

According to the Lumen Comparison Chart that can be found online, 4-5 watts will produce 450 lumens. So I'm thinking that this 3.8 watt lamp would produce in the vicinity of 400 lumens.

Q: I get a 'check lights' warning on my C300 2011 Merc. Any fix to this?

The cars computer checks for current flow to detect a bulb being out, and an LED bulb draws less current than the 'bulb out' threshold, hence the 'check lights' warning.

Q: Will these cause any issues if I want to swap out my halogen taillight bulbs that serve as brake lights, turn signals, and reverse lights for these?

Depends on the vehicle. Newer ones with CAN-BUS systems can flag these and throw a error code and some vehicles can get the hyperflash on the turn signals and will need a different flasher to compensate for the lower current led bulbs require.
