Perfect for a cowl I am making. I purchased some more to make a hood.

Bernat is a quality yarn; these skeins didn't disappoint. It's fairly soft, but not like baby yarn. It's good weight for beginner knitters. What I love most about this yarn is the colors!!

Hard to tell color online, but this was a nice medium green. It has a good feel & weight, easy to work with (crochet). I have to use a slightly larger hook sometimes because I tend to make a tight stitch that comes out smaller than it should, smaller than a pattern gauge. I was doing double crochet, which I use most. The yarn would work, I think with a G-J, depending on need or pattern.

When the yarn is soft and fluffy and large gauged as advertised my girlfriend is delighted by the yarnand the colors are beautiful. There are some lots, however, that are thinner and not so soft, whichis annoying her. The company must know they have a mix of lots. i would suggest to them that they rebrandthe lots that are not soft chunky and sell them discretely- that would protect the soft chunky brandwhich has the potential to be reliable and a very popular brand indeed. Sell the better lots at a slightly higher price point, and sell the other lots renamed at a bit of a discount.

I like the product and it’s for a baby blanket for my grandson.

The colors are lovely. But the yarn was scratchy and seemed thicker that I expected. It didn't work very well for a hat or scarf. Probably better for an afgan/throw blanket.

i bought the yarn as a christmas present. the colors are saturated pure,very beautiful. she has already a knitted a hat- it doesn't match with my dour old face,but i would highly recommend this multicolor scheme for children or vivacious young women.my girlfriend says the yarn is easy to handle; it's soft, and the fit of the hat comfortable.the vendor has other colors available, depending on your purpose.

This is not the same Lot number as the wool bought two weeks ago and there is signifiant colour difference.

Bought this because the price was good. But, the yarn wasn't really soft. The texture was coarse and it's like the yarn got wet and flattened and left to dry? I compared it to another ball of yarn of the same brand that I had purchased at the store and it's not the same quality.
