Top-quality Italian hosiery at great value
I bought this for my wife and posting her review here:I am on my feet all day at work and a friend of mine recommended comression hosery to help me with my leg swelling. Initially I bought this product as it was relatively inexpensive, but after wearing this pantyhose for a week, I ended up buying the entire collection from Healthweir. The quality of this product is truly amazing: made in Italy, this pantyhose is soft with defined heel, it has natural color without shine - which I like because it definitely does not look like cheap shiny hosiery from the 80s. It also offers some support on top without causing any buldging. Overall, feels very comfortable with moderate compression, I already notice the difference and I am happy with the purchase.

Soft, sheer, perfect fit
I love the soft feel of these. Perfect amount of compression and true to size- I am 5’7, wear a size 0( probably weight about 120) and ordered a 2. These wear easy to put on and went up to my waist and stayed there. Not sure about durability since I just wore them for the first time but I am a flight attendant so I will know in a few days if these will last long. Highly recommend for comfort, compression and sheer look.

Great! Tall-friendly and soft.
I think I own 20 of these so I have a well-formed opinion... they are great! I never want to run out. They are great, soft and comfortable. I use Sigvaris in winter or when I want to wear the color black, but Sigvaris is ugly in nude. Healthweir are perfect. I wear them all the time - even with very short shorts. Super soft and they work. My stats: nearly 6 ft tall, 158 lbs, size US6-8, shoe 11 - I buy size 4 in these. Remember that my height steals some horizontal stretch so they may fit differently on shorter people. Those reviewers who say they are too tight or they rip easily probably ordered a size that's too small. I never ever has such problems.

Super Comfortable
I was recently prescribed medicine that causes minor knee pain and swelling in the feet and ankles so I have been trying multiple brands and sizes of compression hose/socks to find the best option. As a guy I’m new to this stuff so this is what I look for when rating them.1. Size/Fit – At 5’9”, 180 lbs, 9” ankle, 14” calf, 24” thigh I need options that are long enough and big enough in the right places but still provide adequate support2. Compression – I need a medium level of compression, in the range of 15-20 or 20-30 mmhg3. Comfort – They need to be able to be worn under clothes for a solid 8-10 hours (sitting, standing, walking, etc.) without becoming too droopy, uncomfortable, hot, or itchy4. Durability – Need to be strong, run-resistant, hold up to daily wear and last for several usesThese hose are different than others I have tried. Very stretchy, soft and much more sheer than opaque. They actually look more like regular pantyhose than compression tights when on. I realize that is a good thing for most, but my wife doesn’t seem to think so on a guy. Quality is good and the seams are sewn well and the toes and heel have additional material.Sizing seems match to their chart but they do ride quite low at the waist and the feet are very small and near impossible to get on. My fear is they will tear or run while trying to put them on at some point because of that. Compression is deceivingly strong and surprisingly comfortable. So far I’ve worn them only a few times but if they hold up the price for the quality is better than other more expensive products I have tried.

Perfect fit and good quality
These are sturdy, comfortable, and true to size. Waistline is lower in the back and higher upfront, for those wanting tummy control. I am 5'9, 150pounds - size 4 fit perfect. Very good quality for the price, will buy again.

Very close to regular panyhose
I have bought different compression pantyhose and they look like "compression" hose. Although these are pricey, they do have the look and feel of regular pantyhose. I ordered the black and tan. The tan is ok, better than most but still not sheer enough. The black was a great buy...a little thicker than sheer hose but close enough and very good support. I am 5'3 and 122 pounds, I bought the M/L because the reviews said go a little larger. Glad I did perfect fit

I highly recommend them
These are great compression stockings! I've tried a few different brands and I can honestly say that I have never been more satisfied! The sizing chart is absolutely right and the support is amazing (of course they will fit a little tight hence, that is the point) my favorite part is that they stay up and do not roll down. I loved the color, I loved that they are very nylon like, and I loved the price. I highly recommend them if you plant to travel, or even as an every day use. They look great and they are great for your legs!

Great quality and amount of compression
I had to experiment with different brands to find the right ones, and these are really good. I need these for short term use, after having my spider veins zapped with a laser. The bruising is pretty dark and I was told these hose would really help with the healing time. These are considered "medium" compression and I would agree. The mild version I bought in a local store don't have a whole lot of "hold". I tried another brand of 20-30 compression and it was too much (maybe necessary for medical issues), and I could hardly get them on. I was sweating and exhausted from trying to get them over my knees and I'm in really good shape! These are a happy medium to do the job. For bruising, swelling, these were perfect amount of compression and I can already see the bruising getting much lighter after 3 days.
