Receive 2 defective irons from the seller. The irons are not heating up they don't get hot whatsoever

Absolutely great. Easy to use.After 2 months of use it stopped working. Heats up to 275° and then error.I have one of their old flat irons for 17 years. I am sad this one lasted 2 months.

My wife loves the product but there is a weak spot. The plastic around the heating plates is not strong enough and probably should be replaced with something stronger. This is the third one we have bought, both of the previous ones broke in the exact same spot after 1 year of use. The third one just broke in the same place, it was dropped maybe 12 inches onto a throw rug and the plastic around the heat plates just broke off rendering the iron useless after 4 months. It is a great product until it breaks, but we will not be buying another one.

Changing my review as although it is a great product … IT BREAKS! Not from dropping , just from regular use. The plastic snaps at the base of the hot iron and renders it useless. I have had two break and now the third also...

I've purchased a few straightening irons in my day, and every time they either start breaking on me or never get hot enough to do the job. I was ready to give up and start getting it straightened at a salon and save me the trouble but with the cost I thought I search one more time and see if I could buy one that did the job, and did it well. I've purchased from Amazon many times so this was a great start. I found this duo straightening/curling iron and bought it. Got it delivered to my home, opened the box, plugged it in and styled my hair. Nice, really nice! It was easy to handle as some irons don't feel right in your hand and sometimes feel you're going to lose your grip on the thing. It heated well too so I was able to straighten more hair than I did with the other brands, the others would only be able to heat a little hair at a time as they never heated up completely. I liked this iron so much I set out to buy another so when I travel just in case I lose one, I have another at home! Great product, really like this one.
