How deep can i swim with this equipment? And how long can i stay in the water with it? Thanks

I've been to the bottom of a 6 foot deep pool and didn't have a problem with them I don't know that I would go much deeper with them, I wouldn't wear them scuba diving. as far as how long can you have them on?? I think the battery life is about 6 hours. I love them because I can put them on at te Gym, do a work out then hit the Jacuzzi, the steam room and the pool and never have to worry about them.

Is this truly drag and drop for iTunes or must songs on iTunes first be converted to mp3?

Songs have to be converted to mp3. It is not drag and drop.

I am unable to get itunes songs to play after i transfer them - if a purchase the songs again from amamzon music, they play fine - is there a fix?

It may be due to the file format of the song. Apple’s digital store uses AAC which is not supported by the earphones. Amazon uses MP3 which is supported. You could try converting your Apple/iTunes files to MP3. In theory (I have not tried this) you can do this in iTunes by going into the advanced Preferences and selecting MP3 as the output format instead of AAC, then doing File > Convert to MP3.

I thought there was a warrentee with these, bought it in june and loved it now the left side has gone dead, will you replace?

The first one I bought worked for a a couple of months, then wouldn't turn up loud enough to hear while swimming. I contacted Pyle and sent the unit for warranty replacement. After waiting the stated 3 weeks I called them. The guy had to dig though papers to find my warranty info, then it was another 2 or 3 weeks to get it back.
