We received the hose in December 2019, and really enjoyed using it. Initially very little but these last 2 months about every other week, washing the car... A very practical hose, taking very little space when stored. Unfortunately, the hose burst this week. There wasn't any extra stress on it, as it was just laying in the garden, and I was getting ready to use it, when it suddenly burst, and that was it.... I am not sure if this was an irregular soft spot or if this happens with more customers, but I was not very happy when this happened. It is also unclear how to contact the seller as there is a 12 months warranty... but how? Basically a very good hose, but unfortunate a bad burst making the hose unusable after 6 months.

An absolutely brilliant hose, store away in a tiny bag. Takes up far less space than a traditional hose and is much longer. Made from a really high quality material the hose extends in size. Fittings are spot on, easy to attach and don't cause any leaks. Standard fitting. The set also comes with a spray head which has many different settings that can be access by turning the head. Easy to store away and if you don't want to use the bag it comes with a wall mount. An absolutely brilliant hose, beats the old style ones any day, easy to store, to use and it won't get tangled or kinked. Love it.

I love this hose pipe, I originally went on Amazon to find a new trigger but ended up buying this as it was cheaper than buying just the trigger. I could not be happier, it packs away in a bag when you're finished and the fact that it comes with quality brass fixings and a very good trigger mechanism just beggars belief for the price. It's a no brainer in my opinion. Fantastic value, just buy it you won't be disappointed.

True 100 ft Durable Lightweight Garden HosePerfect for what I need. I backyard hose that extends to 100 ft that is lightweight for easy use and doesn't kink while moving about the yard, oh and will last. I also hook mine up to my pressure washer when I wash my cars and clean the exterior of my house, garage and cement passageways. Yes, I did put this through the wringers when I first got it. I am pleased with my purchase. It replaced a hose that would constantly kink which can destroy a home pressure washer quickly or make water a big pain.Packaging is great. I love the fact that they provide 3 extra washers. Nice touch. The look and feel of the hose is really nice. A little too luxurious, like it belongs in one of those gardens that you might see in a magazine. Debris will find their way into the mesh, yet it easy to remove by wiping with a gloved hand. The brass fittings seemed better than I would expect at this price point.To address some of the concerns I read here:I read that this hose shrinks back while it is under pressure at the moment the valve opens. So, I measured resting dry length, full length while under pressure, and length while under pressure with open valve. My results: 35 Ft dry (making this easy to manage), 100 ft while under pressure closed valve, 100 ft while watering. I did NOT experience any of the shrinkage that another reviewer stated. My measurements were done with a tape measure, they were not guesses or estimates.This hose will only kink if you don't empty the hose of its water after shutting off the water supply.A little common sense with this hose goes a long way:1st Time Use: fill the hose with water with the shut off valve off and allow the hose to stretch and expand. Once expanded, release the water and repeat the above process once more.Attach the nozzle.When fully expanded its ready.After use, turn of the water supply to de-engergize the hose.Drain the hose completely allowing it to shrink to original size.Don't drink out of it.Don't leave it in the direct sunlight or extreme heat for a long time.Do not leave the hose out in extreme winter weather.Cautiously use it around sharp edges.I'm really happy with this product and would highly recommend it!

This is an awful product. I bought one for myself and one for my mother and both hoses developed splits which rendered them unfixable and unusable. Unfortunately I had missed the window to return the items.Before they broke it was really good, I was impressed with the light weight and functionality but they cannot be used on concrete, I have a small concreted area before the grass and I assume this caused the split. Maybe it would be ok if it only ever touched grass but sadly I would not recommend this at all.
