Just got this and took just half a dose just to see how it effected me. Doesn’t taste nice so mixing with water is a must. I felt stoned at first but within an hour that stopped and I just felt calm. It lowered my heart rate, my nose isn’t running and I’m not coughing. I got this for anxiety but learned that it also can be used as an antihistamine. I’m very excited about my results so far.

Calms my mind before bed - I do not know if I would necessarily takes this during the day, it may make me drowsy but it is great when winding down at night. It does not taste great but its a quick small amount so definitely bearable

My first time using this and I was pleased with the taste and how well it helps me sleep. I didn't realize this at first so the first time I tried it was right before work (1 full dropper) and about 1 hour later, I got very tired for at least a few hours. I was taking it to help calm my nerves and didn't realize how sleepy it makes me so I just take a half dropper right before bed in about 3oz of water. I actually like the taste, kind of like a strong unsweetened black tea flavor for me. Great value at $8.52 although I see the price has gone up a little. Will definitely keep a tincture around the house for whenever I just want to relax or sleep.

I wanted to try Skull Cap I read online that it helps with Diabetic nerve damage (neuropathy) Lessen the burning that is. So I have been using it for 2 weeks and seems to be working. My feet do feel numb but that is better than constant pain and or burning. I'm not completely sold on Scull Cap but it is looking promising. I take it with a cup of water but the taste is extreme so I refuse to breathe after the last swallow then chase it down with an Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) chaser. THat help clear out the bad taste and I take it before and after bedtime. Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar helps control my blood sugar it anyone is interested.
