poor quality
This light was poorly assembled. The bulb sockets were offset and made the bulbs sit cockeyed. Everytime the fixture was touched, the support hooks came apart and left the fixture dangling.

Not as pictured but also not terrible.
Definitely not the same product as the main picture on the listing. This picture is from Restoration Hardware so don't be fooled. There were no instructions included with the chandelier but due to limited pieces/nuts/bolts, it was not too difficult to figure out on my own. Seller did email instructions after inquiring. Just expect to get a much cheaper looking item than the main picture listed. It still looks decent when hung but I will probably be spending more in the near future on the real thing.

Not a quality piece
In my opinion this product was not a quality piece. consider it to be inferior from similar item I purchased thru Restoration hardware some time ago.

needs better instructions
love the look, just wish it had better instructions and was packaged better. Ours arrived all covered with foam beads from being shoved in the box with nothing between the light sockets and the foam... don't know if I'll ever get all the Styrofoam off it!
