Milk Thistle is great for the liver and that was the whole reason I bought this product! I am the type of shopper who researches a product extensively and reads all the reviews I can possibly find before making my purchase, and after some time this was my decision. Why? Well, for one it's vegetarian and the company Solgar has never disappointed me in the countless products I've purchased from them. Also, these capsules didn't cause any discomfort for me and it was easy for me to take daily.Now as far as how the product has worked, I would say I genuinely felt a positive difference in two things, my eye health and my energy while exercising. I have not taken this product for a few months and I will purchase it again very soon.

great product works excellent on digestive system

I have used this for awhile. I have had a liver transplant in 2001. I was told I had stage 2 fibrosis in 2018. In 2021 there was no fibrosis found.

I use this to lower my blood pressure. This seems to be determined by the quality of the brand, and this finally did the job!! Along with other natural and low-toxicity prescription medication, Black Cumin, Cayanne Pepper, Hydrochlorothyzide, and one other. This probably did about 10 points, taken in AM/ 2 dose.
