Wonderful first shoe

I had similar issues as others with the leather on the sides of the shoe looking a little work, however they're still a good looking shoe.My son sometimes gets upset when we put them on because his little toe curls under if we don't open them as wide as we can before putting them on. I'm not sure if this could have been avoided with a wider fit or not.Other than that, he does well with the shoes and even took his first steps the day we got them after we held his hand for a bit.Will definitely buy more stride rites in the future but maybe try a wider fit next time.

I just love these shoes! They are soft and form fitting for my son's feet. He is so comfortable in them. Easy to walk in. Good traction. Only problem is the straps are short so, you have to pull the tongue up and tuck it in while attaching the velcro. No big deal.. unless you're baby had extremely chunky feet. Then, got definitely want to go with a wide width. Otherwise, thank upif stride rite and Amazon!

My 9 month hated them at first but the next day I put them on him he had no issues. He does t try to take them off at all. I wish I got the wide ones but otherwise they are great.
