Pretty Damn Good
Seems to be decently built. The little part that attaches it to your gun was spun around backwards and after a half hour of messing with it and attempting to take that section apart which proved to be more difficult than I thought it would be, the little metal pieces found their way to the right spot after a little coaxing. After that it only took a little time to attach it to my gun and my strap to it.Adjusting the legs is very different from any bi-pod, tripod or mono-pod I have ever used or held. There is only one section that is adjustable but you still can adjust it to a height you would need. It is tricky and the parts that do not adjust retract fully with the push of a button, but do so easily and quickly so if you bump the wrong spot you have to extent it back out. I would think that if you adjust the adjustable part so that when you extend the legs it is at a height you like it would be easy to deploy them quickly. But fine tuning I think would be a little tricky. For me, my bipod is also tricky in that with the gun leaning on it you only have one hand and I usually end up setting the gun down and then guessing what height I should set it at.For the price of this Bipod I think it is a minor imperfection for what is a pretty solid rest that allows your gun some degree of motion but is still a very solid rest even when fully extended. I cannot say how it compares to the more expensive brands which might be a better choice if you use bipods often because I would expect that they would adjust more easily and are probably built a bit more sturdily. I do not get the sense that this is of poor quality but with the price of this unit they had to have used thinner or less rigid materials.I have not used this in the field yet so after I get some use out of it I will report on how it works in a hunting situation.Edit September 19, 2013 Well I finally got to do a field test and I have to say that I am impressed. I think it does take a little time to get used to setting things up but with some practice I think I have it down cold. I think the sole limitation is that if you are in a situation where you might have to shoot either up or down from your position it probably is going to be difficult because I still think fine adjustments are not easily done and certainly not possible without a whole lot of motion as you do it. If you can set it at one height then it is fine. I have shooting sticks and they are not really simple to do a quick adjustment either. But the good news is that I was able to use them shoot a chuck that had to be out around 280 yards. My range finder could only show an object that was closer and it was 258 and a good distance away from the chuck. It held steady and the pivot is stiff enough that you can pivot your gun yet not so loose that you have to hold it from rocking back and forth. I am very limited in my knowledge of long range shooting so shooting that far from a sitting position is pretty good. The way it is constructed makes it a little uncomfortable to carry on a sling although I hiked with it and my heavy gun quite a distance there always is something pushing into your back. In cold weather with a jacket on perhaps it would be unnoticeable. At half the price of the the more popular bipods I think this is a winner. While I doubt that these would compare on an equal level to those bipods I do not think that you are giving up a whole lot and the difference is kind of significant. I guess if you hunt off a tripod often you probably are better going with what is considered top of the line. But for someone who might get out 10 or 20 times a year I think it is a low cost alternative that for me has not left me wishing it were just a little better.

Great value
Great bi-pod that when fully extended allows me (6'1&234;) to fire from the kneeling position. At any desired extension between full and minimum I can shoot from the kneeling all the way down to prone. Most of my hunting is from a fixed location and being able to set up my site and then just sit and wait with the bi-pod extended is a big help. The ability for you to pivot the rifle inside the bi-pod is just a bonus. The only benefit not included in this one is the ability to scan/rotate the rifle left or right. For the price not a bad purchase. I would recommend to a friend.Edit May 15 2013: I now own three of these bi-pods. One on a .300 win.mag. another on a .270 rem. and the third on an old Mosin Nagant that I upgraded stocks on. It has held up well under the .300 (original rifle I installed it on) even on a 4 day elk hunt in Northern Arizona. It got banged around quite a bit but I never had to adjust the screw that locks it down. Once again I highly recommend this bi-pod.

Not a Shooters Ridge product
I bought this and when it arrived it is not a Shooters Ridge product which I have several of. No place on any of the packaging does it even mention Shooters Ridge. It is made and sold by Champion who sells and makes skeet and trap throwing machines and targets. Its very heavy also about a pound heavier than my other bipod of the same size.

Broke the first time I used it.
Took this on an elk hunt and when retracting after shooting my elk one of the side supports broke. Very disappointed.

Great gift!
I purchased this item for my boyfriend for Christmas, and he loves it! He wanted it so he'd be able to sit indian style while hunting and still have his gun up and ready to go. Only problem we had was that when he was playing with how it works, he pinched his finger (to the point we almost went to see if he needed stitches it was so deep) when he was retracting the leg. I guess his last bipod, shorter and cheaper, you pushed the button and had to retract the leg yourself by pushing it in. With this one, you push the button and it retract quick and hard. Ouch! So be careful :)

Studly Bipod
I had to send an inferior UTG bipod back because it didn't even fit on my Savage rifle swivel stud. I searched & searched and looked the Harris product over but was unsure which one I wanted. Then I found this one on the web so I gave it a shot. It is very well made and the correctable level really makes it for me. I highly recommend this unit. I am well pleased. I definitely am going to buy another one !!! You always lose when you don't check it out on Amazon !!! Words to live & SAVE by. Big T.7

Coyote hunting bipod
Good bipod for the money. Got it for coyote hunting where your always sitting in a side hill. The extra 5 inches compared to my old bipod allows for a more relax shot and not crouched down ackwardly. Can be used laying flat in prone position as well. Not as solid as some bipods but it will do the job.

Eat your hearts out
I put this on a ruger gunsite scout in about 3 to 5 minutes with no complications and have been using it very frequently. I installed it in reverse rotation so that I can aim while gripping the fore grip without dropping the bipod while in an upright position and/or while in motion. I'm 6'-4" and can sit or kneel with the bipod fully extended and shoot accurately or drop to a belly position from the kneeling and retract the bipod to lower position while in motion. Durable and not too heavy. Excellent purchase.
