It’s fit my V15. It’s working, cleaning my floor but makes a squeaky noise. So called laser detects nothing on my floor. If I use the original head , that reveals dust & dog’s hair but not this one!

The seller replaced the item free of charge and it's been working great, excellent customer service.This worked great. When we first got it. After a month or so it started getting louder and the brush stopped spinning inside almost all together. Not worth the money, did not last. Disappointed with this purchase, quality is very disappointing.

This thing works pretty well. Roller head is modeled slightly differently from Dyson original but still seems the work well. Needs to be moving forward more so than the original does. Roller head can stop spinning when pulling backwards over a surface. Green light is useless. Shouldn’t even be included as a feature.Wouldn’t confuse it with an OEM part, but it works nicely for what it was designed and at the price it’s at.

This worked super well off the hop! Great for picking up my doggos hair off our hardwood. But after using it for awhile it is starting to make weird noises. I throughly clean the wheels/roller after each vacuum. I took it apart & gave it a good clean & unfortunately it is still making the loud noises, they are worse when I am turning the roller head sideways & vacuuming. Not worth the money I suppose. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Have been a Dyson user for about 14 years.I finally killed the first model stick so we went out and got a dew V-8. During the sales demonstration I learned of this laser head but it only came with the V-10 and V-12. I do not care for the design of those models personally because the canister is larger and will not fit under furniture as well as the V-8. Anyhow.... Sales Person said I can buy a laser head but there are specific ones for certain models and I think she said the V-10 was the fussy model.If I remember correctly.Long story short, I looked up the laser head from the sales floor and found it at over $130 or like $119. Then I found this one!!! It appears to have a different material pattern than the more expensive one. However, I am in love with this part!!! I was so happy with it I bought one for another family member with hard wood floors :)she loves it too!I totally recommend this as a less expensive alternative to the over $100 one.
