Great for gut biome balancing and cheaper than Florastor
I started using this instead of Florastor because of the high cost of Florastor. I find that it works equally effectively to keep my gut biome in order. I use it if/when I have been prescribed antibiotics to offset yeast. It's easy to swallow and taste-free. Has no odor either. I highly recommend it.

A true Saccharomyces Boulardi
My dog suffers from a chronic fungal infection, the symptoms of which I can suppress with a true Saccharomyces Boulardi. I switched to a different brand and quickly discovered that the different brand was not a true Saccharomyces Boulardi because my dog's symptomatic congestion flared up immediately to such an extent that she was nearly suffocating in mucous. I asked myself "what's different?" Because we have a medical grade air purifier, I didn't expect her condition to dramatically and suddenly worsen. "Oh, it's the different brand," I realized. I was using that different brand for a few days as a stop gap measure until my new product arrived, expecting the stop-gap brand to be effective, which, clearly, it was not. When Carlyle's brand arrived, I quickly administered, to my dog's immediate relief, their true Saccharomyces Boulardi. I've since stocked up with a supply of Carlyle's Saccharomyces Boulardi to ensure my dog's well-being for a year. (She's sixteen). Yeah Carlyle!

Excellent value for product
10 Billion CFU per capsule with twice the number of pills as other brands lends flexibility to dosing so the bottle lasts for much longer.The smaller pill size is very good for those who struggle with swallowing larger capsules.My experience with the effectiveness of the probiotic is very good. The gut issues are sometimes a mixed bag of various issues. I have had my share for 30+ years.SB brings back a balance quickly.
