This women's probiotic is outstanding! It specifically targets PH balance, digestive health, urinary tract health, and feminine health all in one. Worked well without any digestive upset like some other probiotics.
I purchased these when I had candida overgrowth in my digestive tract, to help balance my stomach back to a healthy state. They worked great for me. I've taken other probiotics in the past, and I have used natural probiotics like kombucha and keifer, but these were the extra boost I needed when candida was an issue for me and I couldn't use the natural ways due to sugar and yeast. I suffered no digestive upset when taking these, which was amazing to me because I was already having issues. They definitely helped balance me back out and I took them for a few months just to make sure everything was healed. You could take them as a preventative also, to maintain daily balance. Finding the right probiotic is sometimes difficult, but I absolutely trust this brand!

Decent Blend - Effective
I used these for 2 months taking at night. Was taking Seed which was double the price, and tried Align which worked for a few weeks then caused digestive issues. Initially there was improvement with bloating. It definitely helped with feelings of a UTI, those went away. Stopped taking because it was effecting sleep. Will likely try again and take in the AM. I appreciate the blend all in one capsule at a decent price point.

I like they have cranberry in them so I don't need to take a separate capsule for that. No refrigeration required which is a huge plus!
