Good quality product, the tacks are also of good plastic. Stainless steel is authentic. Only problem is the sticker, it leaves glue residue.

Horrible product design, doesn’t open easily
I saw a ton of amazing reviews but was sadly disappointed by how bad the product design was. I bought the tiffin boxes because my last lunchbox has spillage issue but this one becomes extremely tight even if the food inside is slightly warm and then becomes absolutely impossible to open. I got it as I am an office worker, last time 3 guys had to help me open it and it took nearly 30 mins. Happened again today even though it’s 5pm and the food inside it is cold by now, I broke my nail trying to open it but the box still didn’t open. Im hungry but ik my food will get spoilt either way. Save your money, buy anything else!

Lid is showing rust marks
The lid corners are showing rust marks already. Just been about a week or so that I bought it. How do you explain that? Cheap quality?
