This is a great way to get extra fiber in your diet. I previously tried Metamucil, but I don't like the tons of extra sugar or the sugar substitute. This is just Psyllium fiber, nothing else, and it is cheaper. It has no flavor. I put it in my morning smoothies and it blends nicely. I've repurchase this powder several times and will continue to do so.

This stuff works wonders! I have been using it every day for about a year. Doesn’t make me bloated. Keeps me regular.

Ah, the world of psyllium fiber....the good, the bad, and the entirely useless. This Konsyl 100% pure psyllium powder does exactly what it is supposed to do, without fail. It tastes horrid but we all know that. If you don't drink it within seconds, it solidifies...as expected. For those of us who must use it, this is the best since it does exactly what it is supposed to do very efficiently. The product is pure and of high quality. This price point is not out of line, although high. If you've been told you need it, then get it. It works!

Flavorless, organic, and helps with regulating bowel movements. Also a good way to get daily fiber intake. Only thing is that it doesn’t mix as a well as Metamucil and Citrucel. Will start to clump if you don’t drink it right away.

Great stuff for regularity. It mixes well with my favorite juice. It’s something to make a habit of to improve your daily health.

This is definitely needed in your keto baking Supplies. Acts as a binder in bread and other baked goods. It has a lot of fiber..great Healthy choice .

Very annoying. Once I got the packet in the mail, I read the back (which they conveniently fail to show a picture of on their amazon page) and it has a lead warning. You would think with it being organic, Non-GMO, etc, etc... it would be clear of lead. How could I consume this everyday, knowing that it has lead? Well, I didnt even open the package and tried returning it - and to no avail. Lame. Let us return a product that will do more harm than good!

If I was to describe it, I would call it "sawdust flavored cardboard."It doesn't dissolve and it tastes horrible, but you are buying this to avoid all the sugar and fillers in the other products, right? Chug it and relish in your self health
