I brought this product, I believe a month ago, cause I had been dragging and feeling extremely exhausted struggling just to get through my workday. I initially started by putting a drop or two under my tongue before I left for work since it has to stay refrigerated after opening. That was inconvenient for me so I started putting 2 drops (my B12 levels are known to be low so I double dose) in a 16oz cup of water to take with me which worked out better for me. I'd drink it right after breakfast about 2hrs into my shift (I'm a 40 mile commuter with a 7am start time to give you an idea). I noticed that I wasn't requiring a nap during my lunch break. The big test was when I had to take a 5hr drive up north after an exhausting work week+weekend of no sleep. When I began to yawn, I drank my B12 water and dang near had instant energy to get through my drive. It's easy to take cause it doesn't have a taste. No after-taste, no nothing whether you drop it under your tongueor put in water. It's not like drinking an energy drink where you feel a crash either. It's all natural and does exactly what it says it's supposed to do. I've definitely noticed the change and boost in my energy. I'm no longer dragging. Blood work showed that somehow I have a B12 deficiency despite eating meat and I usually felt tired but I assumed that was just normal. This is the second brand of b12 drops I've tried. I really love these drops. I only have to take one dose in the morning, sometimes another in the afternoon if I've been active. I've noticed more energy throughout the day, and even better digestion.
