SwimbudsSport Replacement Earbuds: FINS (Large)

These are the ONLY head phone's for my under water ipod that keep the water out completely!! They do have wear after using in a daily basis. I swim daily 3 hours a day.The CEO Scott contacted me and is replacing them. Audioflood has great customer service and genuinely care about your experience with all the products they carry. Best ear buds I have tried so far.. Not perfect. I swim laps also using flip turns while swimming. I can usually get about 10 laps in before I need to stop and adjust. Just takes a few seconds to adjust, like getting water out of ear or fixing the placement. I am swimming for fitness now but I could see that a coach may not like the distraction.

Love them! I had the tree ones that came with my Syryn MP3 player but they weren’t easy to get out and sometimes you have to be sociable despite wanting to stay in your own world during your swim!

I first purchased the "swimbuds and 8 Gb SYRYN underwater MP3 Player" bundle which came with some standard swimbuds earbuds. However, after a few weeks of daily lap swimming 1hr/day, the rubber hole bit that secures the bud to the actual earphone tore. However, now the bud itself does not provide a good seal and starts to leak within a couple of laps and then for the rest of the swim. I have purchased both Large and Medium sizes and used the Swimbuds swim goo provided in the SYRYN set. Those delayed leaking for an extra lap or two but shortly thereafter began leaking so much that I could not finish the swim.I appreciate Swimbuds' improving the durability of their replacement Fins bud. However, the original design--which did not require jamming into your ear canal-- was much better at securing a water tight seal. If I could make a recommendation, it would be to use the original Fins design but strengthen its tip so that it does not tear as easily.
