I have used some of the questions in my One-On-Ones with the people I lead and have gotten some great answers. The questions are categorized if you have a particular need for structure. The ones I have used are thought provoking and unique. It is worth a buy for those who coach or lead others.

Some reviewers think it is too short. If you have studied any coaching techniques, you know short simple questions are the best! Good book to have on shelf to prepare.
