Dad & Me Coloring Book: Show Your Love in Color Paperback – April 15, 2017

Hands down, the best parent/kid combination coloring book on the market, period! (And believe me, I've literally researched every single one that I could find, mother/child versions included). This book deserves 5 stars all the way around in each & every category. Images are 1-sided, and placed on awesome thick quality paper that can handle several different mediums. Pages are also perforated, which is always a bonus, incase you like to frame certain pages or just have easier access to coloring. Also, almost every single picture in this book has a perfect balance of coloring for the parent & child to share (On the pages that have Animals, for example, my daughter colors all the baby animals & I color the parent part) ...it ultimately works out VERY well. Ive never written any other kind of review in my lifetime.. but there's just something special about this particular book that I just can't say enough good things about. It's pure perfection.PS- In my honest opinion, the author should illustrate a mother version. There's not many great books out there for moms & kids to share.

I love this book!I was a little unsure what to expect since there were no reviews when I bought it and this was the first time I even saw this artist. But the images looked really promising and I liked the theme (father-child relationship). It was definitely worth it! My husband and my daughter love it so much and this is now their favorite project to do together.The paper is nice, white and thick. I don’t see any bleeding through even with my fineliners; plus, the pages are printed on one side. I like that there is perforation, although it wasn’t very easy the first time to rip the page out without tearing the paper. So don’t make my mistake, fold the page well along the perforation line before pulling!The artwork is beautiful and so pleasant to work on! There are 24 illustrations and I am sure my daughter and my gusband will be sad when they finish them up. Highly recommended! Will look forward for more projects of this talented artist.Big THANK YOU!

The perfect gift!This book is a wonderful project to do with my kids while daddy's away for yet another deployment. Getting them involved with a creative activity helps them better deal with the separation, and the text on the coloring pages is super sweet to read to them.The book is a really good quality (much better than any other coloring book I've ever bought), thick paper, and I am just in love with the art! I've used pencils and markers, and there is no bleeding through. There are perforation lines on the pages so if you create a master piece you can frame it :) I may be putting a few of these on my walls!The booked arrived exactly two days after I placed my order, it was very well packaged and actually bigger than I expected.Definitely recommend this, and can't wait for M Valo's next project!

Just received my copy today and the pictures are amazing but I am not happy that the book came damaged and dirty

This is one of the best coloring books I have ever bought. The pictures are amazing, and I cannot wait to color them, but the paper is that excellent thick paper you could use a marker on, the images are only on one side so you can color every page and the pages are perforated. The pictures do not go all the way into the binding of the book where you lose the top inch and a half when you try to color it. This book was honestly made to color. So often when you buy adult coloring books, they were not meant to be colored. This book was made to be colored. You should buy this book.

Bought this book for a present. I took a look before giving it away and followed up after few days with my friends for their opinion. The book in itself is beautiful and well made - I will describe it with PRESENTABLE!First impressions: a lot of work went to made the illustrations, which are with lots of details.Relatively thick paper, nice feeling on touch, good for pencils, pens, pastels, markers and crayons like stuff... After the kids colored one page I check and there was no bleeding from the markers thru the paper.A few poems besides the illustrations are nice touch...Overall good addition to any collection of coloring books and can keep you busy for a while.Highly recommended.

Coloring pages are too difficult to do with a child.

I thought when I purchased this for my Grand daughter it was going to be another coloring book. But to my surprise it is so much more. The poems and the saying are for Heart felt. This book arrived just on time for Father's Day. What a great gift it was to give to my son and his daughter. I will be purchasing more. It will make a very unique Baby shower gift! the Pages are of nice thick card stock like paper perfect for mounting and framing the pictures/memories. I'm eager to follow this Author and she what she puts out next.
