These are a great price, if you change them frequently or have a lot of machines needing new ribbons. We bought these Jan 2019, I'm writing this review April 2020. The first two ribbons were used immediately on purchase and looked fine in the two machines we put them in. We've both needed to change ribbons, one today, one two months ago. Both of the new ribbons out of the sealed plastic packet do not look any better than the old one. You could not tell any difference in the darkness of the print. I just tried another new one, squeezed the plastic package the ribbon is in to make sure there wasn't a hole in the plastic. It was sealed tight but still the ink is too dry to transfer any better than the year + old ribbon.

It is so great to be able to read the numbers on the printed copy - I was so used to the faded numbers that I'd forgotten how beneficial it is to be able to read them even across my desk! Plus it was easier to install than I thought it was going to be. I would have bought 1 if I could, but now that I see how clearly I can read the numbers, I am glad I have 5 more to use whenever the color starts to fade.

Bought this for the calculator at the club! Everyone was surprised by the ease of installation! Many members leaped about and then wandered aimlessly after the installation! We need a copy of our calculations and this ribbon does the trick! Being a nudist nobody had any issues getting ink on their clothes during the installation process! For those who have chosen to wear clothes be careful not to get ink on clothes! While wandering the grounds of the club I heard nothing but very positive comments about the performance of this product!

Pretty good - very readable and better than the dried-out ones I seem to find at the office supply store. I have only used one so far, so time will tell if they stay moist in their packages when I need to install the next one. So far - so good.

When I've ordered ribbons before, they come in two packs. The problem with that is the first one you use is great, but the one that is in the opened package, dries out. I love the fact that all of the ribbons are individually packaged. Kudos!

These work great in an old (older! Not old!) Casio printing calculator. Sometimes in bookkeeping, you just need that paper to see where you're at when a spreadsheet won't do, and many clients who are wary of computers or overwhelmed by an Excel sheet prefer a calculator tape instead. I would definitely recommend these, and would purchase again.

I have not used any of these ribbons yet. I got them for my Sharp 1197PIII but was not happy with it. Printing too slow. I have since switched to a Canon MP 49DII and I think I will be able to use them with the Canon. They look the same to me.

This products works just fine. It is typewriter correction ribbon and it works just as good as the more expensive brand. In fact because it costs so much less it is actually better.
