We have cooked lots of soup and bread in it. No scorching and easy to clean. It’s wonderful and I love the color. I’ve always cooked with cast iron pans so the weight is no problem and we don’t have to worry about seasoning it.

Looked for a substantial Dutch Oven in my “pop” color aqua for a long time and I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars.This fits the bill!

This 3 quart size pot is the perfect size! I just got it today and wanted to make spaghetti sauce in it. I was a little nervous that the sauce would stain it, but I took my chances. After cooking spaghetti sauce for two hours in it, and sitting on the stove for another hour, it still washed up perfectly, and easily! The empty pot photo is after I cooked the spaghetti sauce. It also distributes the heat really well. I had to move it to a small burner to keep it at a low simmer, but it was bubbling at a nice low simmer all the way to the edges. I'm looking forward to cooking many more dishes in this pot. And it's not too heavy either!

I ordered an enamel, cast iron Dutch oven from Amazon made by Trustmade.It arrived with blemishes. I returned it and ordered another.It arrived with blemishes, too, so I contacted the manufacturer.Whoa! were they Wonderful.We had a lot of back and forth. I helped them with the issue and they cared 100%, plus about 300 or 400% more on top of that.And I just received a blemish-free Dutch oven after they sent me the result of our working together.It is a Very Beautiful Red Dutch Oven.While they were straightening out the issues, they let me do whatever I wanted to do with that second blemished Dutch oven I received. They refunded me 100% for it and now sent me, at no cost, the blemish-free Dutch oven I received today, which they shipped Yesterday!!, Meaning They Even Overnighted It!!!So... long story short... I totally Trust Trustmade and love their Admin people. I loved working with them. Totally.And this is such a beautiful Dutch oven. It's a center piece. Beautiful.

This will be a gift. Liked it so much that I plan to get one for myself. Beautiful color and nice size. Not huge but big enough to do a roast or a nice pot of soup. Good quality

This is a great dutch oven I've used for backing sourdough bread and making other dishes. Easy clean up and minimal maintenance vs a uncoated cast iron dutch oven.
