What size (diameter) to use for ring terminals?

A Loop terminal did not fit but a # 8 fork terminal works perfect.

How many volts are these terminals good for? Is 120 volts okay? I want to use them in a light fixture to split the current to multiple light sockets.

Of course. The terminal strip is rated up to 600V 15A, and the amperage of the light fixture is low, so no problem. Second, their terminals are well made and meet specs. Be careful not to exceed the 15 amp rating. I use terminal blocks to interface electronics in the overhead console of my truck and it's perfect for my application.
