Great product at a reasonable price! however, it will save a lot of effort if assembly instructions are better written. Also, carton and packaging are not designed to protect the product. with the overall product weight, a hand truck is definitely required to handle the product, but it is not designed to allow such handling causing the bottom of carton to arrive damaged. fortunately, the grill itself is still in good condition.

I love this grill! It’s not too big not too small. Just a right size which doesn’t use up my front porch. I have the Expert Grill 4 burner propane grill. The grill comes in a box so there is some assembly required. I put the grill together by myself in one hour and thirty minutes. The assembly was quick and easy. This is not a super heavy duty grill but is great for the average person and I think it will last for years. Easy start, cooked to perfection. Great product, great price and great meals! Highly recommend.

The grill arrived disassembled, but it was very easy to put together—just required a bit of patience. It took me about an hour. Once assembled, it looks sleek and modern, especially with the propane tank hidden behind the front doors, which gives it a much cleaner look. It doesn't feel “premium” per se, but it definitely doesn't feel cheap either. For the price, it’s a great value—don’t expect a $1,000 BBQ, but do expect a fully functional and reliable one. All the burners worked perfectly right out of the box, except the side burner, which needed a minor adjustment. A quick tweak with a screwdriver fixed it easily. One feature I really love is the four wheels—makes it super easy to move around, unlike others that only have two and need to be lifted. My only real gripe is the drip tray being riveted in place—I removed the rivets so I could clean it easily. Not sure why they designed it that way, but it’s a quick fix. Overall, I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend this BBQ if you want something affordable, functional, and good-looking.

I like this gas grill! It's convenient to cook BBQ on this grill. There is also a separate stove on the right side which is a plus that can cook another food while using the grills. The assembly process is not too easy. These came in two different packages and we're delivered on different days. You have to wait till both packages are delivered. You just read the instruction carefully and follow the steps. It took me about two hours to put everything together....But after assembly, I'm so glad it works so well and I can make BBQ any time I want to! No messy smoke or charcoals....Really enjoyed this grill!

I bought this unassembled and attempting to put it together. The directions for assembly aren’t very good. Most of the pieces were not numbered and the directions were so small that they were hard to read. Diagrams were not easy to decipher. I ended up watching other buyers YouTube videos to complete the assembly. Otherwise, the grill is well made. Overall happy with the performance!

The grill does a great job. It heats quickly and the four zones allow you to control the heat easily. The metal is fairly light weight but the parts that need to be stainless in order to reduce corrosion are indeed stainless steel.

Since I only grill once every couple of months, I was hoping to get something I didn't have to invest a lot in. Big mistake . . . Problem is, buying things like this on line is sight unseen. This will be one of my worst of the worst reviews. If I could have seen this in person first, I would have spent about 10 seconds looking at it then walked away. Super low quality. China, you continue to give yourselves a bad product reputation when you allow this kind of stuff to leave you country. It would be better to charge more, and give better quality for this factor alone. The hood, a most important item, is a super low quality, thin, one layer, stainless steel. The hinge points are bent and angled in so the sharp edges of the metal rubs on the bottom half. Received grill dented in several places. I don't think it was shipping damage as it is fairly well packed, so to me it looked like it had to be put in the box dented and distorted. For instance; the hood would not rest even on the frame, even after trying to reset the hinge pins. The unfinished metal edges of the top hood are almost knife edge sharp, almost cut my self. The drip pan was totally bent out of shape. This was where I decided to send it back. The drip pan is riveted on and would have to be drilled out to replace it. No way I will do this in light of the low quality of the thing in the first place. What is really frustrating is that after all the work I did to try and make this work, I will have to now take apart and repack it. Next time folks, trust me on this one; bite the bullet like I'm going to do, and buy a Weber. Go down to Lowe's or Home Depot and first take a look at some of the brand name's quality before you buy so at least you know what you're getting into.

I had my 2024 1st BBQ party with this gas BBQ grill last weekend. This is high quality and convenient gas BBQ grill. We have total around 20 visitors. The most thing I like that it has BBQ grill area and gas cook stove. You can grill and gas cook food the same time. It can cover 20 people’s BBQ party. Also, it has wheel at the bottom so you can move it to anywhere easier.
