A must for me!!
Wow! This gets very hot very fast! I have used both attachments and it is super easy to use. You have to be sensible and know how far to push your head into the steam or you can burn yourself but to me personally that's just common sense!! I used the nose steamer with menthol crystals and after having a blocked nose for a few days felt like finally freely breathe! While everyone else around me fell down with winter bugs... I had a slight discomfort for 2/3 days using this then was all clear! Actual winner in my book and very much gave my skin what it needed with the temperatures and central heating malarkey at present!!

Too hot
I've used steamers in the past, but this is by far, the hottest. Can't put face fully in as it burns. No temp control. I can't use it.

The steam is boiling hot, can’t inhale it.
It produces very little steam concentration so you have to go quite close, and the steam that is produced is almost scalding hot. It therefore doesn’t work and I would rate 1/10

Great if you want to scald your face and lungs
Terrible. Not fit for purpose. I'm going to demand a refund. Buy something else.
