I know it’s legit because although I normally take it between meals for it’s anti inflammatory properties I will also take it with larger meals and notice a drastic improvement in digestion.

Very potent, I found I could take a half of the recommended amount.

I get one bottle and used it all. I didn't notice any difference in my body. Not in good way not in bad way. So, I will not buy it again

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I take two capsules on an empty stomach every morning. My sinuses stay clear as long as I take this enzyme supplement. The last time I ran out I began to have difficulty breathing through my nose affecting my sleep. This brand of supplements seems to be good quality and I usually choose double wood over other brands.
