Observations before purchasing this model.
Delivered on time. Currently, I am still building the model. Some general considerations: 1) the initial cost is very reasonable 2) the chassis, TT02, is an older chassis; while most modelers will want to update. The hop up parts I added and the additional polycarbonate spray Tamiya paints recommended, were double the initial cost. 3) Other costs include: controller, battery, charger and ESC for the included brushed motor. If you decide to upgrade to a brushless motor with a LiPo battery; you add another $150.00.4) Masking the body inside and outside; and applying the decals is somewhat time consuming and not for a beginner.Overall, I would highly recommend this model to the more experienced modeler.
