I was looking for a moisturizer to replace the Estee Lauder lotion that I was using which was discontinued recently. And I was surprised by how well this product compared to my former moisturizer. This cream is great! It is thicker than I had expected but the product is accurately described by the seller - it is a cream. Although it much more dense than the oil control hydrator I used to use, it doesn't feel greasy or heavy at all. My face feels healthy and nourished with each use and for a 1/3 of the cost too! My skins absorbs this moisturizer very well and the cream smells amazingly invigorating. I was very skeptical of the this product because it seems that there weren't many amazon buyers submitting reviews. But I knew I had to try something fast because I was running out of product. I'm glad I decided to give this product a try. It arrived so quickly in the mail that I didn't even run out of my previous moisturizer. In the past I have found that "oil control" usually meant alcohol was a major ingredient. But alcohol is so drying for my skin that it would leave my face red and irritated. Not this stuff. It doesnt contain alcohol and seems to be completely natural. I was so impressed by this cream that I didn't even bother to finish what was left over in my Estee Lauder bottle. Instructions say use it at least twice a day but I've been able to get away with using it only once a day

I have not found nothing comparable to this product. My skin is moisturized and matte. No smell and the texture is smooth. I have to buy 2-3 at a time because it sells out and I’m afraid it will be discontinued. Please NEVER stop making this product. My makeup stills just fine and I apply sunscreen on top with no issues.

I'm finally the age where my skin is considered "mature" but so many products for the 40-50+ crowd are moisturizing aka make t zone too oily. I initially got this for my teen daughter but she didn't like the smell which, granted, is somewhat earthy, unlike the typical fragrances in commercially popular beauty products. I find those scents pleasant but often too strong. However this scent is light and dissipates very quickly, so it doesn't bother me at all. The texture is thin but neither watery not oily and absorbs/dries fairly quickly after applying. I find it moisturizing enough for my cheeks which are a little more dry and it doesn't add oily feeling to my skin during the day. I use a the Acute skin scrub about half time and a gentle cleanser, followed by this product and CC cream after. I avoid powers even though most people say to use it to control shine, because I haven't find a combination yet that doesn't settle into my fine creases around the eyes. I still have to use blotting sheets halfway through my work day on my t-zone but I don't know if any product would stop that completely. It's better than the Honest brand stuff which I love initially but it breaks the CC cream up as the day goes on. Too many oils i think. I feel like I'm still searching and trying to get a better set of products that will work together but it's hard if you don't want to spend sixty bucks for an ounce, and maybe even then it's not as good as they say.

I am in love with Acure! I have struggled to find natural hair and skin care products that work for me, and Acure has been a winner in all categories. I will note, however, that knowing your hair and skin types and choosing products based off them seems to be more important with natural products. I never paid attention to things like that before and never had any issues, but have run into a few Acure products that didn't quite cut it at first and I realized it was because it didn't match up well with my hair/skin type. Anyway, now to this moisturizer. I have an awful mix of combo, sensitive, and acne prone skin. Then to make things more interesting, I am also allergic to all the active ingredients found in acne treatments and some unknown ingredient that is usually in parfum (a compound of chemicals that companies don't have to tell you the individual ingredients of because it is usually a patented formula...yay me!). So was told to only buy products marketed for sensitive skin with no fragrance. Unfortunately, everything I tried over the years either made my face so oily and gross or made me break out horribly...like the huge, super painful zits. So for years my skincare routine consisted of washing my face with the gold dial soap bar and occasionally using a scrub when the dry skin across my cheekbones got to bugging me. A few weeks ago I started using Acure's face wash and decided to give this moisturizer a try. I was immediately impressed by how well it soaked into my skin. Within days my skin is so soft and I've had no breakouts. For someone who has never been able to use a moisturizer, this is a miracle product for me. And I small bit really does go a long way. Even using 1-2 times a day, I see this stuff lasting a while.

Pros: Non-irritating, neutral scent, thick texture (a lot of matteifying products are super runny, and this isn’t). I didn’t have any issues with clogged pores or dry skin while using this. A little goes a long way. Cons: The matter effect didn’t last very long before my skin was shiny again. The cream has an oily feeling to it that I found a real turn-off while applying it to my face. It was just a deeply unpleasant sensory experience. I have naturally oily skin and this seemed to exacerbate that rather than control it like other matteifying products. My face felt like it needed to be washed again sooner than usual. I could see this product being really good as a primer under heavy cosmetics, such as theatrical makeup, that tend to be harder to remove and cause a lot of pore blockage. I’m holding onto it for this purpose, because I need that sort of thing a few times a year. However, I can not recommend it as a daily product if you have oily skin or any kind of sensory preferences for face products.

Hands down, This moisturizer is amazing and the best for oily skin. The smell is amazing and my face feels amazing after applying this face cream. Unfortunately, It does come in a small bottle for the price but I would deffinately recommend it and will deffinately be buying it again.

This is the third time I’ve purchased this product and there is a definite change. Not a huge fan of the smell (smells chocolate-y, there is cocoa in the formula) but overall, there seems to be no major change with the consistency or efficacy.

Hasta el momento no he visto disminución de brillo facial, tengo casi un mes usandolo. La fragancia es muy fuerte, si eres de piel sensible deberias tomarlo en cuenta.
