Great product and company
I admonished my littlest ones not to bite the tops because silicone can break when bit. (ages 2 1/2, 5 and 7- the seven year old uses them for milk because goat’s milk is expensive and worth its nutritional weight in gold!) When they bite or try to poke them, I take them away until they can make a good choice (doesn’t take long because they want their milk!!) I do not put the lids in the dishwasher either. With this protocol all of my lids are in great shape!! The cups are so cool. I don’t put acidic drinks in them so as not to leach nickel from the stainless steel and they are great and impossible for a little person to break!! This company seems to be a great company. They reached out to me, addressed all my concerns thoughtfully and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!!

Perfect for my picky baby
I bought these for my son when he was 9 months. He never took a bottle and never used a pacifier so I was worried he wouldn’t like a sippy but he loves it! The lid fits snug and it doesn’t leak when used for drinking. If I let my son play with the cup, it will leak a little. Also, I make sure it stays upright or I empty it when we are on the go.We’ve been using them for a couple of months now and haven’t had any problems.

Incredible customer service
If I could give the customer service I received more than 5 stars I would.Full disclosure: I returned the product. My 2 year old is very hard on things and managed to rip 2 lids in the first 2 weeks I had them. That being said I don’t think that it was poor craftsmanship. The stainless steel cups are amazing, very durable, with no sharp edges. The silicone lids are high quality, leak proof, and not difficult to put on. The only issue that I had was that my son (2 year old) would try to put his finger into the hole in the sippy lid and that is definitely the weakest spot so it tore.I cantacted the company and they replied the same day; I had 2 new lids 2 days later totally free of charge. Unfortunately I hadn’t seen the message and returned the cups. The company reached out to me again when they saw I was returning and offered to send me cups free of charge since they had already sent out replacement lids for me!

The product will not come apart
I love the product itself but I have to say I’m really frustrated. I ordered this set of four. The two I have been able to use, I love. Easy to clean and don’t spill and my son likes them too. However, the way they package them is ridiculous. They stick them all in a stack with tissue paper between them and they are so wedged together that I’m unable to get them apart. I’ve tried everything. My husband tried. I tried. My MIL tried. I even tried putting them in the freezer and then running them under hot water. Nothing works. It should not be this difficult and even the two I got apart took quite the effort. Now I have to send them all back which sucks because I actually like the product and want to keep it but not if it means paying $30 to use only half of them… I think if it wasn’t for this irritating issue they would have been a 5 star product. Maybe this was a freak incident that just happened with ours? I’m not sure but I’m totally bummed

These are great for on the go
I don’t really get how negative some of these reviews are. Silicone breaks after a while, it’s not a huge surprise. The tears in the vent can get a little bigger but these are still functional and great for little adventures. We’ve been abusing ours for like 2 years, a one year old and a three year old and they’re the best out of all the kid cup options. I think these are awesome. Let’s all just stop using plastic for everything it’s so gross. Even when the tops are no longer usable the cups still are great.

For the toddler who throws/drops!
A great non-plastic option for toddler who throws or drops items. She is slowly getting better about not throwing her items but all my kids have gone through this phase. When the cup is dropped or thrown some water does splatter out usually but not much. Some reviewers mentioned that the lid wasn't tight, maybe they put the lid inside the cup? You actually pull the silicone lid on around the outside of the cup, it fits very tight and secure. I have also had no problems with my toddler playing with the slits in the lid as others did but I made a point not to draw attention to them. Sometimes she drinks a lot at once and the slits don't fully work (allowing air to flow) and the lid gets sucked in. She will get my attention and have me fix it, I usually just pull the lid out to allow air in and it goes back to normal, no big deal though. Overall very happy with these!

Buy something better/ skip this purchase
Im disappointed. I thought it was a great deal, 4 silly cups for a good price... it’s not worth it tho.I ordered just a few months ago now all 4 lids have been trashed. They got holes in them really easily & leaked everywhere. A couple of times a cup with milk got tossed under the couch, we find it a day or so later & when I try to wash it I find there is a little bit of mold on the inner rim of the silicone lid that will NOT scrub off... it’s like it’s grown into the silicone... which I thought was so strange. We only ever hand washed (we don’t have a dish washer) so I know the holes weren’t because of machine wear & tear.We purchased because of the eco friendliness. But how eco friendly is it now when all 4 lids are in the landfill already?I do want to add that the four stainless steel cups are in great condition!
