It's alright.
I wear a 6 pant and the medium barely fits at the widest adjustment for me- even then it best fits at the curve of my waist rather than the hip. It kinda squishes into me anywhere else. I've never had a garter belt before and it doesn't look like it's supposed to go there but I think it looks nice so I guess I'll keep the size, but if I could do it again I'd definitely buy a size up.

Good Buy But Runs Small
it’s beautiful and sexy and very sturdy material comfortable but definitely order a size or two up. i ordered a large i’m 5’6 175lbs thin muscular but mom belly for sure in the lower belly area and large anything else fits 95% of the time but this one i should have got an XL it gave me a bit of a muffin top.
