The Inn of the Sixth Happiness

Its a great movie and story that other people should watch and enjoy it the way that me and my wife did.

It does give error on the DVD player.

Great DVD. Played flawlessly. The movie, though not completely historically accurate, is based on a true story of a very brave woman. Wonderful movie.

While the movie is great..we wanted a copy since our other was VHS, be Careful! We copied it on our computer and now other discs we own are playing in Chinese !! Still trying to figure out how to fix the issue. Probably okay if you’re only playing on the DVD player. The movie is 5 star but the issue is a 0 star!

Gifted this movie, among others, to my mom for Mother’s Day without taking a close look at the cover on the dvd case. Today, upon further inspection, the case appears to be a grainy, printed copy of the original (which she used to have). The picture on the disk, itself, has the same, grainy look to it. Once we put the movie in the dvd player, the volume had to be turned up all the way in order to hear the sound. Extremely disappointed.

I have seen this before and it was one of my favourites. Liked the idea that I can watch it when I want. Have not played the DVD yet, but am looking forward to it.
